• Sidamo = The origin (southern Ethiopia, known for fruity and floral coffees).

• Grade 1 = Top quality according to Ethiopia’s coffee grading system (Grades 1–9).

  • Grade 1 means almost no defects, perfect picking and sorting, and exceptional flavor clarity.

• Washed (Wet-Processed) = The coffee cherries are pulped, fermented, washed, and then dried — creating a clean, bright, and complex flavor.
